I used Paper Cuts for shredding 191 Bekins boxes of client records. They arrived on time and early with a huge truck and two guys and proceeded to fill large trash bins of paper and take them to the truck to be shredded. In the meantime, with help from the guys, my husband and I proceeded to deconstruct the Belkins boxes and tops separating out those that can be reused from the ones that were broken. All told, it took a little over one hour. The Paper Cuts team was professional and efficient, and did a great job. I am relieved to know my data was properly shredded. I highly recommend this company's service.

This covid19 shut down has had a severe impact on my business. I had lots of old tax files that needed to be shredded. First, I called "Shred It" and scheduled for a morning appt on Friday. When no one showed up all day, I called to cancel, and they said that they had a 72 hour cancellation policy with a $247.00 minimum fee!!!!! BS right! Luckily, after hours I called PAPER CUTS and got an immediate appointment for Monday morning 730-930 am. They showed on time and took care of me and even shredded on site. Wonderful service...and it was half the Shred It cost! Take the time to check with PAPER CUTS, they really can save you money, and have great service.

This was not only a fairly easy process, but the customer service by Ronda was second to none. After calling some other companies and getting emailed some ambiguous quotes, I called Paper Cuts. Ronda was incredibly friendly, professional, asked the right questions to get me what I needed. The truck came the next day, ON TIME, it was a 5 minute transfer of papers to their bin, and we were done! They'll be my first call next time I need shredding. Thank you Paper Cuts!

Everyone at Paper Cuts was so helpful and professional.  I called to get started on a purge, but I wasn't ready.  The office team offered to remind me, and they checked in with me regularly.  We set a date and time.  On the day before my purge, I got a call to reschedule for earlier in the day.  Andre showed up on time with a 30 minute notification call, before he arrived.  We emptied my boxes into a bin, and I watched him shred it all on the shred truck.  This is a very customer centered company.  I would definitely recommend.  Clean house!  Feels like losing weight!

A last-minute job that needed to get done the same day was all made possible thanks to Paper Cuts. We had a decent amount of boxes that needed to be dropped off. My experience with Papercuts has been excellent.  The appointment was easy to make with a couple of dates available.   The driver called me 30 minutes before his expected arrival and was right on time getting here.  Gregorio was very courteous and quickly loaded the 10 boxes.  Very efficient. I have been using Paper Cuts for the last 7 years for my home office.  Leonel and the Paper Cuts employees servicing my bins and the customer service reps have been great. They are professional and on time when replacing bins and taking all paper when they were full.  I have the upmost confidence in the company when handing sensitive materials requiring destruction.  Even now that I am retired,  I still utilize their services for our family's  personal paperwork needing destruction.  It is much safer then having people rummage  through our regular trash cans.

Paper Cuts sent a brand new, well equipped shredding truck on time with two young energetic men to my office which located on 2nd floor without elevator. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Paper Cuts. After I filled out an online inquiry, a representative contacted me by email almost immediately with a quote. I called to set up a time to have my documents shredded, and the representative was extremely professional and efficient. Excellent job from the customer service to the driver. I went on the website to request a quote on a Sunday, within 15 minutes I got a call explaining their service and telling me that on Monday around 8am, I'll receive another call to schedule an appointment. Right on cue, on Monday I was able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday morning. No hassles. Jaime the driver was very professional, efficient, and nice.

Paper Cuts was easy to book and fast! We were hoping to clean up our office in a short period of time and they scheduled a driver to come out in only two days. I would give Paper Cuts 5 out of 5 stars.  I had on-site services done.  I was quoted a price that was what I paid.  I got a call from the driver 30 minutes before his arrival, which is what I was told would happen.  Rodolofo, my on-site specialist, was very professional and courteous.  The process was very efficient and did not take as much time as I thought it would.  My only question is why did I wait so long to have all my shredding done?  I would definitely recommend  their services.

Paper Cuts, has an amazing staff. They are friendly, profesional, and very accommodating. From the people in the office to the employees, who go to your site to do the work. I received a phone call to let me know when they were on their way. When the young man showed up, he was fast inefficient. He took great care in moving around , not bump into anything. I found Paper cuts in Yelp and asked about dropping off 10 banker boxes of company documents to shred. Ronda assisted me by phone and quickly quoted me a price. Later that day I dropped off the boxes. The receipt and certificate of destruction were ready by the time I had unloaded the boxes. Since I had more papers to sort, they gave me the boxes back and I'm brought another 11 boxes during the week. Easy service to use, friendly, helpful staff and good prices!

Darryl P., the owner, initially helped me online by giving me lots of information about the company and while I got several offers, he is the reason I decided to go with this company.

Pleasant experience right from the start. Was called by Ronda to schedule the shredding and she was very good at explaining the process. Service was scheduled and promptly received an email to confirm. About 20 minutes before arrival, Eric called me to inform me that he was his way. It has been a year since my last review. Reached out to the staff at Paper Cuts last week and they said they would honor the same price as last year to destroy some Hard Drives. I re-schedule several times and they were very accommodating with my schedule. My co-worker just dropped off over 100 Hard Drives and was given a certificate of destruction. I highly recommend using them for Hard Drive destruction. No one can beat their pricing. When I was researching who had the most cost effective pricing, Paper Cuts was half of the next lowest option. I hope to work with Paper Curs again in less than a years time.
