I've been trying to shred my documents for a couple days now. Yesterday I went to a spot & they were nice but the vibe was off. They wanted me to leave my documents there & they would shred them three following day. Lol... I'd rather eat a jean jacket with hot sauce then to leave my paper in the hands of a stranger. Cut to... Google. I searched for another place near me. Preferably one that would let me watch. I found this spot & drove here. They offloaded the bag from my car and shredded it immediately while I watched. Fabulous hunnay... Lol. The ASMR was top tier, and the anxiety melted away. Super nice & helpful employees. I found out that they had actually closed for the day to help a large capacity company shred documents all day long... and they stopped to help me anyway. I highly recommend!

I called several Paper Shredders near my house. None of them would allow me to drop-off my stuff and watch it being Shredded at a reasonable price. So I drove an hour to Paper Cuts and was able to watch my stuff being Shredded. Before arriving Darryl answered all of my questions and I knew I made the correct decision. Upon arriving I was greeted by a Paper Cuts employee who unloaded all of the things I wanted to be Shredded and put them in 2 Bins. Then he took the Bins to the Shredding Machine and I watched everything being Shredded. I left with a nifty Shredding Certificate and the confidence that my important information was secure. Easy to access location with plenty of parking. I will definitely come back to Paper Cuts the next time I need Shredding services. Thank you Darryl and Paper Cuts!

Max was the young man that helped me and he was courteous, helpful and quick. He took the boxes out of my car and delivered the containers back to my car for me. I wanted to see my documents being shredded in front of my eyes. Max did this quickly. All in all I was there for 5 min and got a certificate of destruction as well. Reasonably priced as well.

Could not have been more pleased with this service! We had hundreds of old slides (confidential medical photos) that needed to be securely destroyed and we wanted to witness this. The service here was perfect - from the first phone calls to discuss it and make a reservation, to the office staff, to the actual process. Max, who helped us, was great. Also the manager (sorry forgot name) who helped when a minor snafu occurred. We even got a certificate stating exactly what was done. It's obvious this is a very professional operation. It was well worth the drive from WLA. The price seemed reasonable too. An added bonus, for me - I found the size of the facility amazing and watching the process was quite interesting - like taking a factory tour, which I always enjoy! And the funniest part -- I learned all this paper ends up being recycled and becomes TOILET PAPER!!! :) Edited to add: It was THOUSANDS, not hundreds, of slides - my husband just informed me!

Office was easy to deal with and coordinate an estimated cost to shred 20 filing cabinets worth of business records. Crew showed up within the scheduled window. Eric, Max and Christian were on top of it. They made sure not to shred drawers that I marked keep and double checked several times (just to be sure). The crew was friendly and fast. Best of all, the estimated cost was way more than the final invoice, which is a bonus! Would not hesitate to use them again.

After years of mail hoarding, I had called many places to have it shredded but my amount was either too much for a personal shredder and not enough for a shredding company and I did not want to pay the "minimum" of about $200.00. After seeing an ad on TV, I called and spoke with a real live human. She was very helpful and explained how it worked and the cost which was a lot less than other places. So, I scheduled an appointment. The day of my appointment, Jonathan called me to confirm he was on his way. He was prompt and very professional He took the huge suitcase full of at least nine years of junk mail and such downstairs for me I got to watch the shredder do it's thing and he actually brought the case back inside. It is far and few between finding a good responsible young man who actually cares about his work. A++ for Jonathan. More people should have a work ethic like him.
