We were downsizing to a smaller house. I needed to find a low cost shredding company to shred all of our old documents. I ran across all of the 5⭐reviews for Paper Cuts Inc. I called them and they gave me a quote over the phone. They were able to give me an appointment that same morning for me to drop off my docs. I had 8 paper boxes to shred. They quoted me $50 minimum for 5 boxes and $3 per box after that. My wife wanted to watch them shred the docs. They charge more if you do that, $60 minimum for the first 5 boxes and $4 per box after that. They charged us $72 total to shred our docs. It would have been only $59 if we didnt watch them shred. They even unload your boxes from the car. I just found my go to shredding company.

These guys earned my five star rating. There was a huge mess they helped with, see the pics. Their coordinator was very communicative and responsive. I was given a two hour window in which to expect them to show up to my location and they were on the early side of that two hours which I appreciated. the two gentlemen that showed up jumped right in to the job and were very helpful throughout. They even helped with a few extra things that we needed done and they were very efficient and friendly.

We have used Papercuts on multiple occasions for our medical records which need to be handled in a manner compliant with HIPPA. All of their employees are great and the company is easy to book with. Brian came and helped us with a ton of boxes of records as well as E-waste in our storage facility today and made it all disappear into the their truck in record time. I really recommend these guys

This is my second time using this business. Eric showed up on time at my house, was helpful, and a complete professional. I love that they have a window into the truck so that you can see all your paperwork being securely shredded right in front of you. Eric was quick and efficient. Rate was reasonable. After realizing the ridiculous amount of storage boxes that we had and with no reason, it was time to start shredding. We first started tackling this ourselves using a home-based shredder and this was the most slowest process ever. five boxes in, we gave up and started shopping around to have a professional take care of this. With sheer luck, we found paper cuts and they were fantastic and properly priced!
Bryan our Driver was as professional as can be. He called before arrival to let us know and what to expect and got right to it upon arriving. We offered to help and he basically said, "no need and got this"-and he did.
Within 15 minutes, he had over 50 boxes loaded, with a smile. I would not hesitate to use this firm again and they are as professional as can be.

I had a great experience at Paper Cuts. From chatting with Darryl before my arrival, to my greeting by friendly and helpful Pablo, who unloaded my packed car, to being taken care of by kind Lionel. The entirety of the process was quick and painless. Plus, Lionel gave me so much top notch recycling advice. And the rate was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend Paper Cuts.
